Add teammates
Invite teammates from your workspace settings. Each teammate should use their own login so assignments and activity history stay accurate.
- 1Open Dashboard, then Team.
- 2Invite the teammate by email.
- 3Choose the role that matches what they need to do.
- 4Ask them to accept the invite and sign in.
Work together safely
Use internal notes for team-only details. Customers cannot see internal notes, which makes them useful for handoffs, troubleshooting, and context that should not go into a public reply.
