Add teammates

Invite teammates from your workspace settings. Each teammate should use their own login so assignments and activity history stay accurate.

  1. 1Open Dashboard, then Team.
  2. 2Invite the teammate by email.
  3. 3Choose the role that matches what they need to do.
  4. 4Ask them to accept the invite and sign in.

Work together safely

Use internal notes for team-only details. Customers cannot see internal notes, which makes them useful for handoffs, troubleshooting, and context that should not go into a public reply.
